Silencing the Ringer
When you make calls using SmartCalls Dialer, you may or may not want to hear the ringing. Use this setting to specify whether or not you’ll hear ringing during each phone call. When this option is set to No, you’ll hear silence as we try to connect the call. When set to Yes, you’ll hear ringing just like a normal phone call. To edit this follow the steps below.
1. Click Dial Sessions > Dial Session Settings > General
2. Review the description under the heading Ringing and set the radio button to No if you would like to turn off hearing ringing
3. As always be sure to click Save Changes to save any changes you've made to this page.
