Hector
Hector Montalvo, CEO and founder of SmartCalls, holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Wayland Baptist University. Currently pursuing Graduate Studies at the Chicago School for Psychotherapy, his 25 years of experience in Salesmanship span Wholesale, Retail, and Service sectors across diverse industries. Grounded in a biblical perspective, he aims to share his insights. Guided by Col. 3:23, Hector views sales professionals as vital to the economy, embodying the ethos of a Sales Disciple. Through his unique salesmanship methods, he mentors others, helping them rediscover their passion for selling.
Veronica
Veronica Peña-Montalvo serves as Chief Operations Officer and Client Success Specialist at SmartCalls. She earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Theatre Studies from The University of Texas at Austin, followed by a Masters in Educational Leadership from the University of Texas-Pan American. Veronica brings a wealth of professional experience, ranging from educational administration and theatre education to graphic design, event planning, marketing, and faith formation. Outside of work, she enjoys playing the piano and guitar. Veronica is also the Founder and Executive Director of The Great Commission Theatre, a company dedicated to producing uplifting Christian plays for contemporary audiences.
