CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
Service with SmartCalls follows a “gentleman’s agreement” - an arrangement or understanding based upon the trust of both or all parties, rather than legally binding. Please read the guidelines governing the refund and cancellation policy.
If you wish to cancel your account, notify us at least 5 business days before the next billing cycle date (the anniversary of your membership).
Upon cancellation, your account is deactivated but not deleted. If you choose to re-activate your membership to the software in the future, you will not be charged the set-up fee.
Your membership gets renewed automatically on the anniversary of your membership each month.
Paid full-year standard memberships canceled before the end of the payment term will not be refunded.
Monthly Billing, Cancellation, and Refund Policies
SmartCalls charges and collects payment in advance for the use of the SmartCalls Dialer software service. All services rendered are non-refundable and non-transferable. Once a customer submits a membership form and provides billing information through our payment platform (PayPal), the client's membership set-up and activation fee will be charged.
All monthly membership dues renew automatically on the anniversary date according to the date of submission until officially canceled in writing. Customers may cancel anytime by emailing a notice to: email@example.com
Clients will receive an email from our payment processing platform (PayPal) and SmartCalls confirming their membership to the SmartCalls Dialer software service has been canceled. Access to your dialer website may remain active for the remainder of paid period or the end of the current month.
Important: No refunds or credits for partial months of software use will be refunded to a client upon cancellation.
Acceptance of this Cancellation Policy
It is your responsibility to familiarize yourself with this cancellation policy. By submitting membership information and completing your payment, you indicate that you have read this cancellation policy and agree with and fully accept the terms herein.
Use of the SmartCalls Dialer software or any of the included services provided by SmartCalls, LLC indicates acceptance of the terms and conditions herein.
