CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

Service with SmartCalls follows a “gentleman’s agreement” - an arrangement or understanding based upon the trust of both or all parties, rather than legally binding. Please read the guidelines governing the refund and cancellation policy.

  1. If you wish to cancel your account, notify us at least 5 business days before the next billing cycle date (the anniversary of your subscription).

  2. Upon cancellation, your account is deactivated but not deleted. If you choose to re-subscribe to the software in the future, you will not be charged a set-up fee.

  3. Your subscription gets renewed automatically on the anniversary of your subscription each month.

  4. Pay Ahead Option subscription canceled prior to the end of the payment term will not be refunded.

 

Monthly Billing, Cancellation, and Refund Policies

SmartCalls charges and collects payment in advance for use of the SmartCalls Dialer software service. All services rendered are non-refundable and non-transferable. Once a customer submits a subscription and provides billing information through our payment platform (PayPal), the client subscription set-up fee and the first month will be charged.

 

All monthly subscriptions renew automatically on the anniversary date according to the date of subscription until officially canceled in writing. Customers may cancel anytime by emailing a notice to: support@smartcallsdialer.com

 

Customers will receive an email from our payment processing platform (PayPal) and SmartCalls confirming that their subscription to the SmartCalls Dialer software service has been canceled.  Access to your dialer website will remain active for the remainder of your monthly service.  Account will be deactivated (1) business day prior to your monthly anniversary.

 

Important: No refunds or credits for partial months of software use will be refunded to a customer upon cancellation.

 

Acceptance of this Cancellation Policy

It is your responsibility to familiarize yourself with this cancellation policy. By submitting subscription information and completing your payment, you indicate that you have read this cancellation policy and agree with and fully accept the terms herein.

 

Use of the SmartCalls Dialer software or any of the included services provided by SmartCalls, LLC. indicates acceptance of the terms and conditions herein.
